| | - Payment process: Please fill out the online form below to book your place. You will get an email confirming your request, but you will not be asked to pay straightaway. Your application will be checked by our office, and in a few days you'll be emailed a link to pay online. Please check your spam filters to make sure these emails don't get lost!
- Multiple bookings: You can only book for one adult per form.
- Your church leader: We would be grateful if you could seek the approval of your church leader before booking a place. There is a space to confirm this on the form below.
- Childcare: If you need childcare (see the Practical information section first), indicate this below and fill out the additional online forms. If you are coming as a couple, please only request childcare once, to avoid duplication.
- Bursaries: If you would like to be considered for a bursary, or to donate money towards bursaries, please state this in the Additional Information box.
- Dietary requests: State dietary requirements in the Additional Information box.
- Refunds: We will endeavour to provide but cannot guarantee refunds if bookings are cancelled.
