We look forward to meeting you on Tuesday evening. You will receive your conference materials when you arrive. Meals:
Refreshments will be provided throughout the conference. On Saturday, lunch will be provided for all the delegates. On all other days, delegates are asked to make their own arrangements for lunch and supper. Delegates are welcome to bring their own packed lunch/suppers to eat on site. Information on local eateries will be provided at registration. Childcare:
Regretfully we are not able to offer full childcare. We do have a limited number of nursery places for babies under 12 months. Please request a nursery place for your baby when you book online, and we will confirm separately if we are able to accommodate them. Otherwise, please make your own arrangements offsite for older children. Accommodation:
For those delegates who live outside Greater London, some accommodation is available in the homes of church members. Please indicate this on the online booking form and we will do our best to place you. Transport:
