Book online for our Impact Day - Payment process: Please fill out the online form below to make your booking. You will get an email confirming your request, but you will not be asked to pay straightaway. Your application will be checked by our office, and in a few days you'll be emailed a link to pay online.
- Cost: £35 per person.
- Multiple/group bookings: You can make group bookings on this form. Fill your details in the form below, choose the total number of tickets you require, and write in the names of all the extra people you are booking for in the Additional Information box.
- Church: It would help if you could write the name of your church in the Additional Information box.
- Meals: Refreshments, a sandwich lunch and a hot buffet supper will be provided. Please state any dietary needs in the Additional Information box.
- How to get to Baylis House: Road directions can be found at www.baylishouse.co.uk and parking is available. Slough Train Station is 15min walk from Baylis House.
- Refunds: We will endeavour to provide but cannot guarantee refunds if bookings are cancelled.
